Effect of phytol on cell cycle distribution by flow cytometry in HaCaT keratinocytes. Restoration of cell cycle arrest by phytol in H2O2-treated HaCaT keratinocytes was tested. HaCaT (2 × 105 cells/well) were seeded and then treated with the indicated concentrations of phytol for 24 h. Then, the cells were washed with PBS and exposed to H2O2 for 6 h. After further incubation for 24 h, cell cycle was determined using the PI staining and BD FACSCalibur™ flow cytometer (*p < 0.05)
