Effects of H. bracteatum flower extracts (HBFE) on TNF-α production in UVB-irradiated HEKa cells

Cells were treated with H. bracteatum flower extracts at concentrations of 5, 10, 20, 50 and 100 μg/mL. Positive control (PC): 10 μM hydrocortisone. The results are expressed as the mean ± SD of three independent experiments (compared to control: *P < 0.05, **P < 0.001).
