DPPH free radical-scavenging activity of H. bracteatum flower extracts (HBFE)

DPPH free radical-scavenging activity of H. bracteatum flower extracts (HBFE) prepared using five different solvents (water, 50% ethanol, 95% ethanol, 50% 1,3-butylene glycol and 100% 1,3-butylene glycol) was examined. Quercetin was used as a positive control. The results are expressed as the mean ± SD of three independent experiments.
