Cytotoxicity of hydroxytyrosol on HDF. HDF (3 × 103 cells) were plated into a 96-well plate, cultured for 24 h, and pre-treated with hydroxytyrosol of various concentrations. After culturing it for 24 h, the cellular toxicity was measured by WST-1 analysis. The graph showed the averages of three experiments with error bars representing standard deviation (*p < 0.05)
