From: Antioxidant and skin protection effect of morin upon UVA exposure
The effect of morin on the expression of HO-1 mRNA in UVA-irradiated HDFs. HDFs (2 × 105) were seeded in a 60-mm culture dish and incubated for 24 h. Prior to UVA treatment, cells were pretreated with various concentrations of morin. Then, cells were washed with PBS and irradiated with-10 J/cm2 UVA. After further incubation for 24 h, the expression level of HO-1 mRNA was measured by qRT-PCR. The data are expressed as mean ± SD of the relative cell viability in each sample from triplicate experiments. Significantly different from control (##p < 0.01, *p < 0.5, ***p < 0.001)
