Effect of phytol on senescence using SA-β-gal assay in HaCaT keratinocytes. HaCaT (2 × 105 cells/well) were seeded and then treated with the indicated concentrations of phytol for 24 h. Then, the cells were washed with PBS and exposed to H2O2 for 6 h. Cellular senescence by phytol was determined using the SA-β-gal assay.
