Effect of phytol on levels of activated CASP3 in HaCaT keratinocytes. HaCaT (2 × 105 cells/well) were seeded and then treated with the indicated concentrations of phytol for 24 h. Then, the cells were washed with PBS and exposed to H2O2 for 6 h. After further incubation for 6 h, level of activated CASP3 was determined using the CASP3 assay.
