Protective effect of phytol via P53 pathway in HaCaT keratinocytes. HaCaT (2 × 105 cells/well) were seeded and then treated with the indicated concentrations of phytol for 24 h. Then, the cells were washed with PBS and exposed to H2O2 for 6 h. The expression of 14-3-3σ (a) and Cyclin B (b) mRNA was determined using the qRT-PCR.
