Cytotoxicity of scutellarin on HaCaT cells. HaCaT cells (3 × 103) were seeded on a 96-well plate and then incubated for 24 h. Then, the cells were treated with 0.5, 1, 5, and 10 μM of scutellarin in each well. After additional incubation, cell viability of scutellarin in HaCaT cells was measured by the WST-1 assay.
