EGCG alters miRNA expression profiles in paclitaxel-treated HDP cells. Heat map analysis of miRNAs upregulated and downregulated with a ≥ 2-fold change in expression in paclitaxel-treated HDP cells. HDP cells were seeded in 60-mm culture dishes and pre-incubated with 10 μM EGCG for 4 h. Following pre-treatment, the HDP cells were treated with 10 μM EGCG and 1000 nM paclitaxel and incubated for 24 h. miRNA expression was determined using the SurePrint G3 Human v16 miRNA 8x60K Microarray Kit.
