EGCG protects HDP cells against paclitaxel-induced apoptosis. HDP cells were seeded into 96-well plates and pre-treated with various concentrations of EGCG (0, 1, 2, 5, 10, and 20 μM) for 4 h and post-treated with paclitaxel (1000 nM) for 24 h. Cell viability was measured using the WST-1 assay. Values are presented as the mean ± standard error of the mean of the percentage of control optical density of experiments performed in triplicate
