The effect of morin on cell viability in UVA-irradiated HDFs. HDFs were cultured at 1 × 106 cells/well for 24 h, and then the sample was added to the culture medium and pretreated for 6 h, followed by stimulation with UVA. In the cytotoxicity assay of morin, the cytotoxicity of the sample after treatment for 24 h was confirmed. After the UVA stimulation, 24 h after UVA irradiation, the cell viability and other experiments were performed. The data are expressed as means ± SD (standard deviation) of the relative cell viability in each sample from triplicate experiments. Significantly different from control (###p < 0.001, **p < 0.01, ***p < 0.001)
